International Delivery
We are now delivering to New Zealand and Singapore. Shipping prices are quoted at checkout, and will be sent via Sendle / Australia Post. Tracking details will be provided for all orders.
We do not accept any returns for International orders, so please choose carefully.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours this week and delivery times depend on your location. Tracking details will be sent to you on dispatch.
All bundles are hand-packed with care and we love receiving and sending your parcels asap. If you require your order more urgently, please feel free to drop us a message and we will expedite your order.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently use Australia Post and Sendle partners to send all our parcels.
Do you ship overseas?
Hold on tight! While we currently ship within Australia only, it isn’t long before we can send our bundles overseas. If you are really keen, drop us a message and we will try and help you out.
We also recommend you sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we are ready to ship worldwide.
Do I need to be home to receive my parcel?
Most of our parcels can be delivered and left unattended however for some of our Luxe bundles we request signature on delivery. Whether your parcels require someone to be home or not also depends on your account and settings with Australia Post.
Australia Post advises that:
some parcels require us to always collect a signature on delivery – these will always be taken to a nearby Post Office for later collection if the customer is not home. In other cases, senders may request that we collect a signature if someone is at home, but allow us to leave the parcel if no one is at the address and there is somewhere safe to leave it. Finally, some parcels don’t have a signature required on delivery and in these cases we will always look for a safe place to leave the parcel if no one is home.
PRODUCT
Can I order more than one bundle?
Absolutely! Many of our customers have done this to get all their pregnancy essentials sorted (or gift a larger bundle to someone dear) and we can either combine them into one parcel or send them separately should you so prefer. Those who have ordered two or more bundles at a time have been extremely happy and have also left us great reviews. You can find them on Google or as you browse our website 😊
Simply choose your bundles and add them all to your cart. At checkout, you can also leave a note for us if you have any preferences. Free shipping and Afterpay is now available for your convenience.
Can I return my bundle if I don’t like it?
We guarantee 100% Satisfaction but if you are not happy for any reason, simply contact us and we can initiate a refund. Please note that your bundle and contents must be returned unused within 10 days for a refund (less shipping, bank transaction charges and a small re-stocking fee). See our refund policy for more details.
What kind of products can I expect in mystery bundles?
Mystery bundles will include wellness, pampering and pregnancy essentials and can be tailored to your due date. Each bundle is unique to the mum it is being packed for and we are happy to take your preferences wherever possible 💛
Can you customise a bundle for me?
Yes absolutely! We all have different needs and tastes, if you like our range of products but can't find an ideal bundle, simply contact us and we can easily swap some products for you or create a new bundle completely customised to your choice 💛 Simply contact us using our contact form or call us and we can have a chat xx
Are your products Australian made?
Yes, most of our products are sourced from businesses within Australia and a single purchase can support more than 10 businesses at a time! We stock quality products from popular businesses supporting your pregnancy journey – the likes of The Hermosa Co, Franjos Kitchen, BabyInk, Write to me and many more!
Are your products pregnancy safe?
Yes! Each product on our site has been sourced from reputed and trustworthy brands in Australia, vetted by thousands of mums, and are pregnancy and breastfeeding safe. We have done the hard-work for you, so you can enjoy shopping for your pregnancy needs, with confidence.

Can I gift this to a friend?
Yes absolutely. Simply add your friend's delivery address when checking out and remember to add your gift message in order notes as we include a complimentary hand-written greeting card to make your gift extra special.
We do not include any invoices or packing slips with your parcels, each order is carefully packed to ensure a pleasant unboxing experience. If you require an invoice for your purchase, please request by replying to your order confirmation email.
