SHIPPING POLICY

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? 

Standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $150, and $9.95 FLAT-RATE for others. On average, standard shipping takes between 2-8 business days depending on your location. All orders are dispatched from Sydney.

Express Shipping cost is $15 for small bundles (under $110) and $19.95 for Larger bundles (Over $110) and takes between 1-3 days depending on delivery location. If your order is time sensitive or urgent, we highly recommend checking out with Express Post, as these orders are also prioritised for packing and dispatch. 

Pick-up is available in Sydney from Macquarie Park, on request. Please contact us here to arrange.

Depending on the bundle purchased, we use Small, Medium or Large shipping boxes to send your orders safely to you via Australia Post or Sendle shipping partners. A tracking number will be shared with you via email or mobile number provided by you at checkout.  

We love receiving and packing your orders, and aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. During popular events like Mother's Day and Christmas, we try and dispatch your orders within 24 hours of receiving them in the last few days leading to the event.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

All orders are processed from our Sydney office within 1-3 business days of receiving them. 

Deliveries usually take place between Monday to Friday (and in some cities on Saturdays too), and we recommend that the delivery address that you use is where you will most likely be during business hours. If you are not at home during the delivery time, your parcel will be left in a secure location at your address.

Please allow 3-8 business days for your box to arrive with standard shipping.

Please check the shipping address carefully, as we cannot take responsibility of missing parcels due to incorrect address entered at checkout. However, if you notice a typing error in your order confirmation email, simply reply to us and we can amend it for you, if your parcel has not already been dispatched.

 

 

CAN I TRACK WHERE MY BOX IS?

You sure can! Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we will send your tracking number so you can track your package.

Most parcels are delivered between Monday and Friday so please make sure the delivery address is where you will be during this time. We cannot take responsibility for returned parcels where addresses have been entered incorrectly or if you fail to pick up your box from your local post office following attempted delivery.

 

IN CASE OF DAMAGES

We take utmost care in packaging and sending parcels, but if your parcel has been delivered damaged, please contact us at hello@littleseedling.com.au so we can rectify the problem. We encourage you to include pictures of damage in your email so we can best resolve the issue. Rest assured we will do the best to support you.

 

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Currently, we only ship within Australia but we are looking at shipping overseas really soon.

 

WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?

We use Australia Post or Sendle shipping partners to send parcels within Australia.
