SHIPPING POLICY

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? 

Standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $150, and $9.95 FLAT-RATE for others (unless promotional offer running). On average, standard shipping takes between 3-8 business days depending on your location, all orders are dispatched from Sydney. Express Shipping cost is $15 for small bundles (under $130) and $19.95 for Larger bundles (Over $130) and takes 1-4 business days. Depending on the bundle purchased, we use Small, Medium or Large shipping boxes to send your orders safely to you via Australia Post.  

If you require a bundle urgently, we recommend you select Express Post as this is the fastest service offered by Australia Post. We also prioritise packing these orders quicker. 

We love receiving and packing your orders, and aim to dispatch all of them between 1-3 business days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

All orders are processed from our Sydney office within 1-3 business days of receiving them. 

Deliveries usually take place between Monday to Friday (and in some cities on Saturdays too), and we recommend that the delivery address that you use is where you will most likely be during business hours. If you are not at home during the delivery time, your parcel will be left in a secure location at your address.

Please allow 3-8 business days for your box to arrive with standard shipping.

 

 

 

CAN I TRACK WHERE MY BOX IS?

You sure can! Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we will send your tracking number so you can track your package.

Your box is sent with Australia Post. It will arrive between Monday to Friday so make you sure the delivery address is where you will be during this time. We cannot take responsibility for returned parcels where addresses have been entered incorrectly or if you fail to pick up your box from your local post office following attempted delivery.

 

IN CASE OF DAMAGES

We take utmost care in packaging and sending parcels, but if your parcel has been delivered damaged, please contact us at hello@littleseedling.com.au so we can rectify the problem. We encourage you to include pictures of damage in your email so we can best resolve the issue. 

 

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Currently, we only ship within Australia but we are looking at shipping overseas really soon.

 

WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?

We use Australia Post to send all parcels within Australia.
