For guaranteed delivery before Christmas, order by -
NSW Deliveries: 22nd December'25
ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS: 19th December'25
NT: 15 December'25
Express Post: Order by 22nd December for all states except NT, TAS, WA (order by 20th December)
We want you to receive your parcels timely, and we are dispatching orders within 48 hours. After 15th Dec'25 - we will aim to dispatch your order same day or within 24 hours so your parcels can arrive timely. All orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW.
Please be mindful that once parcels are dispatched from our location and with the courier networks, we have very little control over the delivery timelines and schedules. We will provide you with tracking details for every order so you can keep an eye and track directly.
If for any reason the parcel is not received or arrives later than expected - please let us know - we are here to help.

Please allow a day for us to pack and dispatch your order, closer to the dates. If in doubt, please reach out via chat - we are pretty quick to respond.


EXTENDED RETURNS
We are offering extended returns for our valued customer, which means that if your parcel is not satisfactory - you can return it to us for a refund (less actual shipping cost incurred) up until 15 January 2026. Your parcel should be un-opened. Please contact our friendly team at hello@littleseedling.com.au if you have any further queries.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Standard shipping is currently free for all orders over $50 (or charged at $7.95 under $50) and takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. All orders are dispatched from Sydney. Express Shipping cost is $15 for small and medium parcels (under $150) and $19.95 for Larger bundles (over $150) and takes 1-4 business days.
If you require a bundle urgently, we recommend you select Express Post as this is the fastest service offered by Australia Post. Please drop us a message if you would like us to dispatch your order quickly.
We are just a message / call away should you like to request a fast dispatch. Plenty of times we have been able to dispatch same day too.
CAN I TRACK WHERE MY BOX IS?
You sure can! Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we will send your tracking number so you can track your package.
Your box is sent with Australia Post or Sendle partners. It will arrive between Monday to Friday so make you sure the delivery address is where you will be during this time. We cannot take responsibility for returned parcels where addresses have been entered incorrectly or if you fail to pick up your box from your local post office following attempted delivery.
IN CASE OF DAMAGES
We take utmost care in packaging and sending parcels, but if your parcel has been delivered damaged, please contact us at hello@littleseedling.com.au so we can rectify the problem. We encourage you to include pictures of damage in your email so we can best resolve the issue.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Currently, we ship Australia wide, New Zealand and Singapore.
If you would like to make a purchase outside of these zones, please contact us here or via chat and we can arrange a delivery for you.
WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use Australia Post or Sendle Partners (Couriers Please / Aramex) to send all parcels within Australia.
