SHIPPING POLICY

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? 

For a limited time only, shipping is free! We'll pay the costs to get your Little seedling boxes to you, anywhere in Australia. Start your subscription worry-free, and enjoy Little seedling boxes delivered to your home.

 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

We process all new orders within 72 hours of receiving them. Deliveries take place between Monday to Friday, we suggest you make the delivery address where you will be during this time. We recommend that the delivery address that you use is where you will most likely be during business hours. If you are not at home during the delivery time, your parcel will be left in a secure location at your address.

Subscription renewal orders are dispatched in the second week of every month.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your box to arrive after dispatch.

 

CAN I TRACK WHERE MY MONTHLY BOX IS?

You sure can! Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we will send your tracking number so you can track your package.

Your box is sent each month with Australia Post. It will arrive between Monday to Friday so make you sure the delivery address is where you will be during this time. If you work full time, we recommend getting the package delivered to your work. If you are not at home during the delivery time, your parcel will be left in a secure location out of the weather. We cannot take responsibility for returned parcels where addresses have been entered incorrectly or if you fail to pick up your box from your local post office following attempted delivery.

Redelivery costs will be incurred by you so please type address carefully.

We take utmost care in packaging and sending parcels, but if your parcel has been delivered damaged, please contact us at hello@littleseedling.com.au so we can rectify the problem. We encourage you to include pictures of damage in your email so we can best resolve the issue.

 

 

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Currently, we only ship within Australia but we are looking at shipping overseas really soon.

 

WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?

We use AusPost to send all parcels within Australia.
